We are committed to ensuring the widest possible audience has complete access to our website, www.rpeeplesjr.com. This is an ongoing process that strives to stay abreast of the most currently accepted accessibility standards and best practices. It will evolve and improve over time as new technologies become available.

Specifically, we look to the four principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines to inform our design and website functionality. In most instances, we can apply most or all of them to our design and content decisions.

The four principles we seek to integrate are:

PERCEPTION 

Information and user interface components are presented to users in ways they can perceive, e.g., adequate contrast, font size and descriptive alt text for images and the graphical elements.

OPERABILITY 

User interface components and navigation are functional for users in ways they can operate and manipulate, e.g., perform some interactions using a keyboard or voice commands.

UNDERSTANDABILITY 

Information and user interface operations are understandable, e.g., the directions are clear and the controls are easy to use.

ROBUSTNESS 

Content must be robust enough so that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of users and types of assistive technologies, e.g., content that evolves alongside new devices and tools.

Some of our content may not yet be fully compliant; we understand this. This may be the result of pending technological developments or otherwise. That said, we have taken deliberate steps where we are able to do so to ensure a clean, easy-to-navigate browsing experience. This includes using content software that is already optimized for accessibility.
